Among Valmar Electrics larger projects, this next generation Workspace stands out. 25 Kent in Brooklyn is a 30 story Workspace with countless amenities inside and out. A ground up project , Valmar was on the site from day 1 of this beautiful structures beginnings. Valmar Electric was contracted to perform all Electrical, Technology, and Fire Safety Systems at a total of $8.8 Million. Our scope of work included but was not limited to: high end lighting, commercial sized switch gear, communications, ups, future connections, security, generators, etc. etc.

 

Elia Athanasiadis our Project Manager for this 750,000 square ft super structure was responsible for a 13% savings on total cost with mid schedule variable engineering which resulted in 13% reduction in cost for labor. The ability to accelerate the schedule that trimmed 1 month off the total scheduled time taken saved Rubenstein Holdings $1.1 Million.
